Rachael Israel, co-founder /owner, and driving force behind TEN, has lived in the Vail Valley for ten years. With six years of dedicated experience in property management and homecare, including her most recent role at Triumph Mountain Properties, Rachael has developed extensive knowledge and a robust skill set. It was here she built key relationships with vendors and honed the principles of providing a transparent, high-quality service.

Rachael’s commitment to excellence and her deep connections with local vendors ensure that our stringent service standards are consistently exceeded. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive follow-ups with homeowners and guests perfectly exemplify our core principles.

Beyond her professional life, Rachael enjoys the great outdoors, taking full advantage of the local hiking, biking, and skiing opportunities. She often shares these adventures with her beloved dog, Kaja.

Erin Ridgely, co-founder and owner of TEN, brings a wealth of expertise in business development and sales and marketing from her career in the luxury market. With experience working for renowned brands like Westin, St. Regis, and Ritz-Carlton, Erin stands out as a champion for servicing guests with unparalleled attention to detail and excellence.

Before co-founding TEN, Erin was instrumental at Triumph Mountain Properties, where she not only assisted in the development but also the servicing of the Apex Collection, an ultra-luxury portfolio offering curated experiences for discerning travelers. Her deep industry knowledge and ability to forge lasting relationships and partnerships have been pivotal in her success and continue to be a cornerstone of TEN's ethos.

Erin shares, "I pride myself on the relationships I've built and the partnerships I've formed within the Vail Valley. Living and working in Vail allows me to showcase this wonderful valley and deliver bespoke experiences to our guests."

An outdoor enthusiast, Erin loves to hike, bike, and Nordic ski, and knows the best ways to experience the Vail Valley. From enjoying a night at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, embarking on a snowshoe hike to Tennessee Pass Cookhouse for dinner, to discovering the finest spots for a spa day, Erin is a connoisseur of all things Vail Valley.

As one of the most prominent leaders in the vacation rental industry, Toby Babich has been a standard bearer and advocate guiding the industry at the highest levels of leadership, and has been instrumental in the professionalized expansion of vacation rentals across the nation.  Based in Breckenridge Colorado, Toby has developed a reputation as a fierce advocate for the industry, co-founding three Colorado based organizations dedicated to advocating for and professionalizing the vacation rental industry (Breckenridge Lodging Association, SAVRM, CLARA) in addition to serving as treasurer and then President of the Vacation Rental Management association during a 9 year term on the Board of Directors.  Toby has also served as Mayor of the Town of Blue River for eight years, and has held several other seats on local boards and committees dedicated to tourism marketing and non profit support. 

As a Board member at VRMA, Toby was instrumental in rebranding the industry, developing professional standards and certifications (VRMP, APPMC), developing industry cleaning standards (VRMA safehome), and has been a frequent speaker, panelist, podcast guest, and content creator for many industry events, publications, and news outlets.  Toby is one of the most respected voices in the Vacation Rental industry and harnesses his experience and knowledge to guide and ensure the success of his clients.  Toby has been an industry fixture for 15 years, in addition to a 25 year career in real estate, and successful business ventures in other areas of property management. 

As a founder of TEN Vail, Toby will bring his talents, knowledge, relationships, and industry leading leadership skills to the Vail Valley, positioning TEN Vail as one of the premiere providers of home care and vacation rental management services in the valley.

Outside of work, Toby enjoys mountain biking, golfing, and skiing. He is a dedicated family man, father to three teenage daughters, and husband to Lauretta, who assists with their vacation rental operations.
